耐克Zoom Fly系列于2017年问世，作为Vaporfly等超速竞速跑鞋的训练版。2022年推出的Zoom Fly 5在几乎所有方面都进行了升级，成为日常锻炼的强力选择。
Zoom Fly 5的核心升级在于中底中央采用的ZoomX缓震泡棉。这种材质兼具柔软、轻量与高回弹特性，外围包裹着更耐磨的SR-02 EVA泡棉，使鞋底单元既能胜任训练鞋需求，又具备竞速鞋款性能。双泡棉结构构筑出厚实中底，提供卓越缓震效果，有效保护足部在长距离运动中的稳定性。
中底中央嵌入碳纤维板，既增强推进力又提升稳定性，其弧形设计能带动足部向前摆动，实现流畅过渡。外底覆盖面积扩大，形成更宽的鞋底基座，从而提升平衡性和抓地力。
鞋面采用坚韧轻盈的网眼材质，兼具透气性与贴合度。配合动态系带系统、中足包裹设计及结构化后跟，实现卓越锁定效果。舌片与后跟等关键部位的额外填充，赋予其训练鞋般的舒适体验，完美适配日常穿着。
